Susie Brooks | Printmaker and Illustrator
Susie Brooks is an established printmaker and illustrator, her work gained recognition and a following since she started making and selling her work in 1991. Her work has since been commissioned, sold and collected worldwide.
This year Susie is back to her roots in the print studio making small editions by hand. She is already well known for her screenprints, her line drawings of special places with flat colour are instantly recognisable and have achieved much commercial success.
Susie’s work sometimes crosses many disciplines in printmaking including etching, drypoint and chin collee. She aims to make work which is technical, personal and engaging. But it always starts with the drawing.
