It features a rather romantic interpretation of Britanny Ferry’s ‘Barfleur’ the wonderful ferry that has taken my family on day trips and holidays from Poole to Cherbourg over many years. I remember seeing these ferries making their way through Poole Harbour past the small boats as a child, and being amazed at their scale. I just love travelling by ferry!
